1. Delivery Scope

Our delivery service covers all of Australia. At this time, delivery outside of Australia is not supported.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders totaling A$120(inclusive) or more are eligible for free shipping.
For orders under A$120 a standard A$5.99 shipping fee will be applied.
This policy ensures clarity and consistency, regardless of the number of items purchased.

3. Cut-off Time

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day, while orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Orders submitted during weekends or holidays will also be processed starting from the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

After confirmation, orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing. During this time, we carefully prepare and package each item to ensure safe delivery.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, the expected delivery period is 8–10 business days.
Please note that transit times may vary slightly due to logistics or weather conditions, but we strive to ensure timely delivery.

6. Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable delivery, we cooperate with multiple carriers, including DHL, UPS, and Australia Post.
Every package can be tracked through these carriers, allowing you to monitor its status at any time.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information.
You can also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website, enter your email address or phone number along with your order number, and check the delivery status in real time.

8. Liability Statement

In case of product damage or loss during transit, please contact us promptly for assistance.
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment; once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect address information.

9. Receiving Instructions

Upon delivery, please verify the quantity of items and inspect the packaging for damage.
If any issues are found, take photos for reference and contact us immediately.
By signing for the package, you confirm that you have received the order in good condition.
