We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards only.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. Please ensure your payment information is accurate to avoid delays.

5. Shipping Information

Shipping is available within Australia only.

• Shipping Fees: Orders ≥ A$120 qualify for free shipping; orders < A$120 incur a A$5.99 shipping fee.
• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Carriers: DHL, UPS, Australia Post; estimated delivery 8–10 business days after dispatch.
• Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are generally processed the same day; orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, and we will process them promptly.
For orders exceeding 48 hours or already shipped, please wait for delivery and follow the return process to request a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. For details, see our Order Cancellation Rules.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 35 days of receiving the product.
• Applicable Cases: Cosmetic defects, quality issues, odor or noticeable color differences, incorrect items, or returns without a specific reason.
• Process: Contact us via email or phone with your order number, proof of payment, and relevant photos or videos. We will provide the return address.
• Return Labels: Please include the label provided by us in your package to ensure smooth processing.
• Exchanges and Refunds: Once the returned item is received and approved, replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days, or refunds processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items; customers are responsible for shipping if returning without a specific reason.
• Responsibility: We are not liable for damages that occur after the customer has received the product.
